Statisticile arata ca este de 2 ori mai frecventa la femei si este mai probabil sa apara odata cu varsta. </span></span></p>
<p class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Constipatia nu inseamna doar miscari rare si dificile ale intestinului, ci si incapacitatea unei persoane de a-si goli intestinele complet. Cel mai adesea, constipatia este pe termen scurt, dar in alte cazuri, poate deveni o problema cronica care duce la durere, disconfort si afecteaza calitatea generala a vietii.</span></span></p>
<p class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Cauzele constipatiei</strong> </span></span></p>
<p class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Este adesea dificil de identificat cauza specifica a constipatiei, totusi exista multi factori care contribuie la afectiune, cum ar fi:</span></span></p>

<li class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">aport insuficient de fibre (fructe, legume sau cereale);</span></span></li>
<li class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">modificari in rutina zilnica (modificarea timpului de alimentatie, somn si exercitii fizice);</span></span></li>
<li class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">tulburari intestinale &#8211; mersul la toaleta intr-un loc public unde sunt oameni, ceea ce duce la anxietate;</span></span></li>
<li class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">ignorarea indemnurilor de a merge la toaleta;</span></span></li>
<li class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">stil de viata sedentar;</span></span></li>
<li class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">aport insuficient de lichide;</span></span></li>

<p class="western"><strong><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Tratamentul constipatiei prin modificari ale stilului de viata</span></span></strong></p>

<p class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Una dintre cele mai mari probleme este ca adultii nu primesc suficiente fibre din alimente. Este recomandat sa consume cel putin 30 de grame de fibre pe zi. Aportul de fibre poate fi crescut prin consumul mai multor fructe, legume, orez integral, paste integrale, paine integrala, seminte sau ovaz.</span></span></p>

<p class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Este indicat sa fie crescuta cantitatea de apa, mai ales cand este cald sau cand se face miscare. Ar trebui consumat cel putin un litru si jumatate de apa pe zi.</span></span></p>

<p class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Nu trebuie ignorata niciodata nevoia de a merge la toaleta. Cand nevoia se repeta la aceleasi ore, corpul este antrenat si astfel este facilitata golirea intestinelor, pentru ca organismul iubeste perseverenta.</span></span></p>

<p class="western"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Miscarea reduce semnificativ riscul de constipatie si este recomandat ca oamenii sa faca cel putin 150 de minute de activitate fizica pe saptamana. Exercitiile fizice stimuleaza metabolismul, iar beneficiile lor nu sunt doar reducerea constipatiei, ci si imbunatatirea generala a vitalitatii si a sanatatii.</span></span></p>
