Fructele, dupa cum se stie, sunt bogate in nutrienti esentiali de care organismul are nevoie. Pentru diabetici, este recomandat ca fructele sa fie consumate direct – adica fara sucuri stoarse, fara uscare si fara tratament termic.</span></span></p>
